Food crisis in Afghanistan! 2,500 metric tonnes of wheat shipped by India to Jalalabad

The Taliban’s occupation of Afghanistan has led to a food crisis in the country. India has come forward to help Afghanistan in this difficult situation. Fifty trucks carrying 2,500 metric tonnes from Attari border reached Jalalabad on Saturday across the Pakistan border. Afghan Ambassador to India Farid Mamundajay was present when the trucks left Atari border on Wednesday.

Farid Mamundajay, the first shipment of 2,500 metric tonnes of wheat delivered by India through humanitarian assistance from India to Jalalabad, Afghanistan, arrived in Afghanistan on Wednesday morning. Fifty trucks were dispatched from Afghanistan to Afghanistan via ICP Attari on Wednesday.
