India Of My Dreams In 2047

India will be celebrating the 100th year of its glorious freedom in 2047. At present 75 years of freedom is being celebrated in India. It means our country has crossed a long way from underdeveloped to developing. Another 25 years are with us to reach the goal of development.

It’s a  tough task for our present generation to think about the nation and it’s welfare. Not only the government but we have to think about it seriously. If we want to live a fearless and fearless life, our dream should not be different from that of the father of our nation along with all the sung and unsung heroes of freedom fight.

To fulfill the dream of “Ram Rajya” every citizen of our country has to play vital roles. Priority should be given to the basic needs of people like- health, education and shelter.  Beauty lies in a healthy mind, body and spirit. So to improve the health system by providing good facilities to people must be prioritised. Education is the base of every developed civilization. So equal rights should be available for all people of our country. Religious and cast conflicts are some of the main drawbacks of our country. According to our constitution India is a secular country, so fight in the name of religion, cast and social hierarchy should be ended. From our ancient culture, women has been worshipped as goddess in India. So disrespect of women is disrespect to the whole nation. But sometimes due to the ill-treatment of some people our culture had ruined. So women empowerment, girl’s education are the another urgent requirement of the present modern age. There should be more investment in the field of science and technology which would help the economic growth of the country. Agriculture, which is the backbone of Indian economy should be looked after properly. Corruption is the bar for all the progress must be eradicated from the society by hook or crook. Above all pollution, the greatest threat for whole mankind should kept under control by taking strong steps. At last I would like to mention few lines of Nobel prize winner Rabindranath Tagore to express my vision for India in 2047.

I hope for a country

Where the mind is without fear and

The head is held high,

Where knowledge is free,

Where world has not been broken up

Into fragments by narrow domestic walls;

Where words come out from the depth of truth;

Where tireless striving stretches its arms

Towards perfection;

Where the clear stream of reason has not lost

It’s way into the dreary desert sand of dead habit,

Where the mind is led forward by thee into

Ever wondering thought and action

Into that heaven of freedom my Father let my country awake.
