PV Sindhu Makes History Again, wins Swiss Open Super 300 tournament title
New Delhi: Indian women’s badminton star PV has made history at the Swiss Open. Indus. Sindhu won the Swiss Open Super 300 tournament title. In the final on Sunday, they defeated Busan Ongbamarungfan of Thailand to claim the second title of the current season. Earlier, in January, Syed Modi won the international title.

PV Sindhu, who is playing his second consecutive final in the tournament, made his name in the first game 21-18. He then won the second game 21-9 in a one-sided victory. This was Sindh’s 14th victory against Busan. The two have faced each other 17 times, while Busanann has only won once. Busan lost to Sindhu at the 2014 Hong Kong Open. Earlier, Sindhu defeated Thailand’s Supanida Katethong 21-17, 15-21, 21-18 in the semifinals. The match lasted 4 minutes.
